I am so excited to begin the 2018-2019 school year! This is my 19th year teaching and my 16th year at Monroe Elementary School. I have experience teaching all subject areas in grades 3 and 4. This will also be my 19th year coaching cheerleading at Monroe.
I graduated from Princeton High School in 1996. I received my bachelors degree in elementary education from Bowling Green State University in 2000. I earned my masters degree in 2005 from Wright State University.
I have been married for almost 14 years, and I have two children. Jacob and Emma attend Monroe Elementary School. Jacob is fourteen years old and in the ninth grade, and Emma is twelve and in seventh grade.
I love animals! I have two dogs named Grace and Max. Grace is a schnauzer, and Max is a schnoodle (schnauzer and poodle mix). I have a black cat name Posey. I also have two turtles from Hilton Head and a goldfish named Little Lizzy. I enjoy attending my children's sporting events, going to the movies, and spending time with my family and friends!
